Cleaning snow from on top of cars or from around cars parked on the street is not covered.
How many visits each storm?
We typically makes one visit after each storm. We’ll determine if a storm requires extra visits.
On-demand service?
Snowsurance is available only with a seasonal contract. On-demand service is not offered.
Questions during a storm?
24/7 support is available during all storms. Call, text, or email us with any questions or concerns.
Do I need to move my car?
You don’t need to move your car. Our crews can clear around cars with snowblowers or shovels.
Snowplows or snowblowers?
Both. Each crew is equipped with a snowplow, snowblower, and shovels for efficient service.
